I am a Full-Stack Software Engineer and Instructor at the College of Information Technology Education of Nueva Vizcaya State University. I specialize in building scalable web applications and teaching core ICT courses, combining practical software development experience with academic excellence. I earned both my Bachelor's Degree and Master in Information Technology (MIT) from Isabela State University, and later completed my Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management at Northeastern College, Inc.
I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Education major in Instructional Leadership to further strengthen my expertise in academic management and pedagogical innovation.
My expertise spans full-stack web development, software architecture, and educational technology. I remain actively engaged in developing innovative software solutions, applied research, and community-based ICT initiatives that contribute to technological advancement, capacity-building, and sustainable development.
